Friedrich Ebert Stiftung 2021 Scholarships is a fully funded scholarship programme. The scholarships are available for Germans and foreign internationals students who desire to pursue Bachelors, Masters or Ph.D in any Germany approved universities or Germany technical colleges. The Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Foundation seek to support and empower talented young people who wants to further their academic studies. The scholarship is offered to undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Germany. This Scholarship will cover a monthly basic stipend of £650, health insurance expenses and, where applicable. The Scholarships is available for International students from all over the world. Courses Offered

The Friedrich Ebert Stiftung  2021 Scholarship value

  • Successful applicants will receive up to €744 per month.
  • There is also a monthly flat-rate study fee of €300, which all scholars can freely access.
  • Scholars may also receive a contribution to Health Insurance of up to €71 and long-term care insurance of up to €15 per month.
  • Scholars with children can receive a family allowance of €155 per month. The scholarship does not have to be repaid.

The Foundation supports stays abroad during the funding period – through subsidies for travel expenses, tuition fees and international health insurance, especially for study or research stays, language courses and internships of up to 12 months. Apply for MTN Foundation Scholarship 2020

Eligibility Criteria

Friedrich Ebert Stiftung 2021 Scholarships applicants could be Germans, foreign international students with education or those with refugee status in Germany. Applicants should be individuals committed to society development and must possess leadership potentials.

Applicants should possess the followings:

    • Must be above-average performance in school and studies
    • High political thinking
    • Must be thirst for knowledge
    • Must be tolerance and openness
    • Ability to work as a team
    • Must be a critical thinking
    • Good self reflection

The Friedrich Ebert Stiftung 2021 Scholarships applicants for basic Bachelors and Masters degree courses must have the followings:

  • Confirmation of study place or certificate of enrolment at a state or state-recognized German university or technical college for the course for which they want to be funded
    • Foreign applicants must also demonstrate sufficient German language skills
    • First-year students (Germans and foreign students with education) must apply before or at the beginning of the first semester.

PhD funding applicants must have:

  • Unconditional notification of admission to the doctoral scholarship
    • Foreign applicants must also demonstrate sufficient German language skills

How to Apply for Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES) Scholarships

If am applicant meet the above mentioned criteria he/she is to apply by filling the online  application form.  If you are eligible and successful for a scholarship, Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Foundation will request additional documents from you by e-mail.
